Has your order been delayed?

We are very sorry your order will not arrive by the estimated delivery date. The estimated dates provided are fulfilled in the large majority of cases, except for conditions beyond our control, such as delays in transportation.

If the order has not yet been shipped:

Please check the availability for each item. If there are items holding your order up, you can remove them.

If, in spite of editing your order, you will still not receive it in time, you can cancel your order (at no additional cost).

If the order has already been shipped:

Cancelling the order or expediting its delivery is no longer possible since it is now with the carrier. If you will not receive your order on time, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
