For those in doubt, this is indeed the trick or treat model. The rendering is different from the photo. No goatee, the color leans more towards lizard green rather than gray (you will find photos on Google via "Jeepers Creepers Mask Trick or treat". The result is very good, I also bought (on another site because unavailable here) the hat made by Trick or Treat.
