I received different products to what I ordered

We apologise, this may have been due to a packaging error at our warehouse or that we received it wrongly from the manufacturer.

To give you a solution as soon as possible, we ask you to contact us requesting the return through "your account" (in the returns section) or through the contact form (below). To speed up the process you must indicate / attach:

  • Product reference
  • Order number
  • Photos of the barcode of the wrong items

With this information we can check all the data and give you a solution as soon as possible.
